The following tabs are available to managers in every phase of the predefined Performance Management process:
Tasks
tab page: For example, define and cascade team goals or call appraisal document (by choosing the icon)
Employee Documents
tab page: A tabular overview of employees and appraisal documents
The table contains all employees for whom tasks must be performed in the selected time period, such as employees whose goals are not yet defined. You can choose the relevant icon to call the appraisal document and perform any changes. You can upload one or more files, such as PDF files, as attachments to the appraisal document. These files apply to the entire document, they are not restricted to one particular goal. In the planning
and review
phases, managers can replace the entered manager with another manager. You can also select employees for whom all tasks have already been completed and are therefore no longer in the table.
The appraisal document includes the following, depending on the phase and selected settings:
Graphical and temporal display of the phases in the appraisal process (planning, review, appraisal).
Entries: For example: Administrative data, event overview, processing status of the phase (example: Complete Planning Phase)
Overall Appraisal
For example, in the Appraisal
phase, you can display the rating of the individual goals or the rating of the competency and development goals that a person, such as a manager or part appraiser, gave.
Individual Goals
For example, in the Appraisal
phase, you can display the individual goals and their ratings by the executing role, such as part appraiser, or rate the goals yourself.
Competency and Development Goals
For example, you can display competency and development goals in every phase.
Team Goals
For example, you can display team goals in every phase.
Corporate Goals and Core Values
For example, you can display the corporate goals and core values in every phase.
Obsolete Goals
For example, you can display obsolete goals in every phase.
Document Overview
For example, you can display the appraisal document in every phase.

You have made the corresponding Customizing settings. Managers can create goals for their teams and cascade them to relevant people by using one of the following options:
Direct reports
Organizational unit structure
Employee structure
Team Calibration
tab page: Managers can compare employees individually and show their compensation in a graphic or table.
