Initial Screen

Under the title bar and the menu bar, the first screen after you have called the transaction displays the mapping data and the listed (already stored) mapping steps.

At the top right, you can make screen setttings using Personalize. Use Help to call up the extended help for the Service Mapping Tool (SMT).

Details of Mapping Steps

To open the screen areas for editing mapping steps, click the Details button. The available tabs include Transformations and Field Checks.

Use Transformations to edit complex transformations and field assignments. When you highlight a line, the system opens a detail view, and below this an assignment area.

Use the other tab to edit Field Checks. The lower area displays a continuous assignment area.
