Use

The following reports are available in the Qualifications and Requirements component:

This report display in list form the subprofiles of all the planning objects of an organizational unit. The system displays information on every subprofile, including information on the scale, and on the proficiency or validity. You can restrict this report to specific subprofiles.

This report displays all the planning objects of an organizational unit that have qualifications which have expired in the evaluation period. The hitlist supplies information on the planning objects, the qualifications that have expired (and their validity periods), and displays training proposals for renewing the qualifications. You can navigate from each planning object into the display of its profile, and into Career Planning.

This report generates a list of all objects of a specific object type that do not have any qualifications or requirements. You can go to profile maintenance from this list.

This report generates a list of all objects of a specific object type that have qualifications or requirements with the status Unevaluated . You can go to profile maintenance from this list.

This report generates a list of all positions flagged as vacant or obsolete. You can restrict this evaluation to a specific period and to a specific section of the organizational structure.

This report generates a list of prebookings for training courses (business events). You can run this report simultaneously for different objects of the same object type.
