Prerequisites

  • You have activated the business function SRM, Self-Service Procurement (SRM_SELF_SERVICE_1) in transaction Switch Framework Customizing (SFW5) and the related Customizing switches in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under: Start of the navigation path SRM Server Next navigation step Cross-Application Basic Settings Next navigation step Self-Service Procurement End of the navigation path.

  • You have assigned the PFCG role SAP SRM: Employee (/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE_EHP1) and the corresponding portal role Employee Self-Service - EHP1 (com.sap.pct.srm.core.ro_employeeselfservice) to your employees.

Features

Employees can do the following:

  • View their position and organizational assignment.

  • View and edit their address information.

  • View or edit the time zone, default language, date format, and decimal notation.

  • Enter a procurement substitute or view if you act as a substitute for someone else.
