Use

You want to analyze the business processes for the critical business scenarios in your organization. You can analyze huge sets of executed process information using Business Intelligence (BI) content.

Prerequisites

You have installed SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse. BI Content is provided by the following releases:

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 6, SP02

  • Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 6, SP02

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 6, SP01

  • Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 6, SP01

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 7, SP01, SP02

  • Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 7, SP01, SP02

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 6, SP02

  • Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 6, SP02

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 7, SP01, SP02

  • Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BI Content Add-On 7, SP01, SP02

You have made the relevant settings in the Customizing activity Activate Business Intelligence Objects.

Features

  • You can use the queries listed to analyze the data used for process monitoring. They can be used in a standalone mode to analyze data.

    • 0POC_MP01_Q0005: Generic Query

    • 0POC_MP01_Q0001: KPI with Process Details

    • 0POC_MP01_Q0003: KPIs by Month

    • 0POC_MP01_Q0002: KPIs by Quarter

    • 0POC_MP01_Q0004: KPIs by Week

  • Using data returned by the above queries, you can create customized dashboards to display an overview of the process instances that are critical for your business.
