When planning and preparing talent review meetings, the talent management specialist can use this function to add talents whose performance and/or potential was not assessed in advance to the agenda topics.
You can include talents without a valid performance assessment and/or potential assessment in the talent monitor.
In the standard SAP system, the talent monitor displays only talents with a valid performance assessment and potential assessment. You can adapt the display of the talent monitor such that it also displays talents without a valid performance assessment and/or potential assessment. To do so, in Customizing for Talent Management and Talent Development, under
, create an appropriate search configuration and make it available on the user interface.You can use the simple or advanced search to search for talents that do not have a valid performance assessment and/or potential assessment in the current period.
To do so, you can configure the search such that the search result displays whether there is a valid performance assessment and/or potential assessment for the talents. You can specify that the talent management specialist receives a warning if he or she adds a talent without a valid performance assessment and/or potential assessment to an agenda topic.
