Use

You want to view the business processes for the critical business scenarios in your organization. You can view existing process definitions and their versions using the Process Definition Viewer.

Prerequisites
Features

Search

You can search for process definitions using the following criteria in the input help:

  • Process name

  • Version

  • Creator

View Details

Select an entry from the results returned by your search. You can view the following details:

  • Activities

    Sequence of activities executed in the process definition. The start and end points of the process are indicated.

  • All Activities E2E: Provides information of all the linked activities for the selected process definition.

  • Count KPIs

    Configured count key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Duration KPIs

    Configured duration KPIs

  • Classification KPIs

    Process instance classification based on user-defined rules

  • Status

    User-defined status

  • Threshold

    The value defined in Customizing for a process threshold. You can assign thresholds to a count KPI, a duration KPI, or a classification KPI. If the defined threshold is passed for a given process, a notification BOR is generated, which can be used to trigger work flows, alerts, and so on.

Process Diagram

This allows you to view the process definitions in a graphical representation.

View Configured Integration Points

On the Activity tab, select an activity and choose the Related Activities button to view the configured integration points that allow federation to take place.

Customize View

You can choose which attributes you want displayed by choosing the Choose Layout button. Add or remove attributes and save.

Change Process Definitions

To change a process definition, choose the Update Process Model button or choose Start of the navigation path Go To Next navigation step Update Process Model End of the navigation path from the menu. In the view cluster, you can create and change process definitions. For more information, see Creating Process Definitions.
