View Layout for Access Control Context

In the standard system, we provide a General view that displays basic information about the access control context. We also provide the following further views, which display related objects for the access control context:

• Context Roles

  This displays the roles assigned to the access control context.

• Responsible Context Admins

  This lists the administrators who are responsible for the context.

• Linked documents

  This displays the documents assigned to the access control context.

• Linked Materials

  This displays the materials assigned to the access control context.

• Linked Change Numbers

  This displays the change numbers assigned to the access control context.

• Linked BOMs

  This displays the bills of material assigned to the access control context.

• Structure

  This displays the multilevel access control context hierarchy. This relation lists all subordinate access control contexts of an access control context.

• Linked Variants

  This displays all variants (product variant, product item variant, assembly header, assembly item) that are assigned to the access control context.

• Linked Nodes

  This displays all nodes (product family, product item, product view, assembly group) that are assigned to the access control context.

• Linked Synchronizations BOM to BOM

  This displays the synchronization units for BOM to BOM synchronizations to which the access control context is assigned.

• Linked Synchronization PSM to BOM

  This displays the synchronization units for PSM to BOM synchronizations to which the access control context is assigned.

• Linked Engineering Records

  You can only display a linked engineering record if you have at least display authorization for the object.

• Linked Recipes

  You can only display a linked change recipe if you have at least display authorization for the object.
