Use

Technical Name: SAPLPOC_DELETION_LOG

You use this report to delete, using a generated list, unwanted runtime entries stored in the process log. You can select single or multiple entries from the list for deletion.

Note

You cannot delete entries that are in an incomplete state.

Integration

The Mass Deletion of Process Log Data report allows you to efficiently delete huge sets of unwanted runtime entries stored in the process log.

Prerequisites

You have authorization to carry out deletions.

Features

Selection

You can search using the following parameters:

  • Process definition ID

  • Process ID

  • Earliest start date

  • Latest start date

  • Executed by

Output

The selection parameter values and the number of entries deleted are written to the application log. You can view the application log using transaction SLG1.

Activities

  1. Execute transaction POC_DELETE_LOG.

  2. Search for the process definition you want to delete.

  3. Select the process definition and choose Delete.
