 Displaying the Appraisal View of Multisource Appraisals

Procedure

To display an appraisal, access it in one of the following ways:

To access from the profile view:

To access via appraisal evaluation:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Profile Next navigation step Display. End of the navigation path

  2. The Display Profile screen appears.

  3. Select the appropriate appraiser or appraisee. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager .

  4. Double-click the selected appraiser or appraisee.

  5. Select the Appraisals Where Appraisee tab page.

  6. Select the appraisal that you want to display, and choose .

  1. Perform the steps described in the procedure Evaluating Appraisals (Display mode).

  2. A list of appraisals appears.

  3. Select the appraisal you want to display, and choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Appraisal Next navigation step Display End of the navigation path or Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Appraisal (new session) Next navigation step Display. End of the navigation path

The Display Appraisal - <Name of Appraisal> screen appears.

  1. To toggle between the overall appraisal and the subappraisals, choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Subappraisal End of the navigation path or Overall appraisal.

  2. To call up the appraisal view, choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Appraisal view End of the navigation path .

Note Note

The appraisal view displays the ratings given by all appraisers for a selected appraisal element.

The Display Appraisal - <Name of Appraisal> screen appears.

Result

The appraisal view is displayed for the appraisal in question.
