Search for the phrases you want to distribute.
Select the phrases you want to distribute and choose one of the following options:
ALE with Recipient Selection

ALE with Recipient Selection.

Distribute Phrase: Recipient Systems
dialog box appears.
The recipients are created in Customizing for
Application Link Enabling
(ALE) under
Logical Systems
Select the recipient systems and confirm your entries.
The SAP system starts distributing the data to the selected systems.
