You have made the required settings in Customizing for Application Link Enabling (ALE) and Basic Data and Tools (s ee Distribution Process for Specifications, Phrases, and Reports ).

Search for the specifications you want to distribute. Use one of the following procedures to do this:

A set of specifications appears in the form of a hit list.

Select the specifications you want to distribute and choose one of the following options:

Choose Specification → Data Exchange → ALE with Recipient Selection.

The Distribute Specification: Recipient Systems dialog box appears.

The recipients are created in Customizing for Application Link Enabling (ALE) under Logical Systems

Select the recipient systems and confirm your entries.

The SAP system starts distributing the data to the selected systems.

Choose Specification → Data Exchange → ALE According to Distribution Model.
