 Displaying the Document Flow for a Notification

Procedure

  1. Call up the notification in display or change mode.

  2. Choose one of the following menu paths, depending on whether you want to display the document flow as a list or graphic:

    Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Notification Documents Next navigation step Document Flow Next navigation step List End of the navigation path

    Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Notification Documents Next navigation step Document Flow Next navigation step Graphic End of the navigation path

    Note Note

    The notifications that reference other subsequent documents in the list display are labeled with a (Ref.) designation.

  3. If you displayed the document flow as a graphic, select a document and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Display document End of the navigation path .

    The detailed information for the selected document is displayed.
