 Deleting Outbound Deliveries

You can delete the following:

  • Entire outbound deliveries

  • Individual outbound delivery items

Deleting entire deliveries

To delete an entire delivery, proceed as follows:

  1. From shipping , choose Start of the navigation path Outbound Delivery Next navigation step Change Next navigation step Single Document. End of the navigation path

  2. The Change Outbound Delivery screen appears.

  3. Enter the number of the outbound delivery you want to delete or select it using a matchcode.

  4. Choose Enter .

  5. The outbound delivery screen appears.

  6. Choose Start of the navigation path Outbound delivery Next navigation step Delete Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

  7. The Delete Delivery Processing dialog box appears. The system asks you to confirm that you really want to delete the delivery.

  8. Choose Yes and press Enter.

You receive a message informing you that the delivery has been deleted.

Deleting outbound delivery items

If you want to delete individual items from outbound deliveries, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the item or items in the outbound delivery that you want to delete on one of the overview screens.

  2. Choose Delete item(s) .

  3. A dialog box appears in which you must confirm that you want to delete the items.

  4. Choose Yes .

  5. The items selected are deleted and no longer appear on the overview screen.

  6. Save the delivery by choosing Start of the navigation path Outbound delivery Next navigation step Save Next navigation step . End of the navigation path
