Career Goal (Infotype 7407)
Infotype in which the system stores information about the goals that a talent is aiming for in his or her professional career.
An employee (or also his or her superior or the responsible talent management specialist) stores information about the type and level of career that he or she would like to pursue, as well as his or her preferred jobs, in the Career Goal
category in the talent profile. If the employee enters such data in the talent profile, the system creates a record for the Career Goal
infotype in the background and stores the ID of the employee's central person in the record (object type CP
).
Structure
In the Career Goal
infotype, the system defines the following information:
Career type that the employee is pursuing (for example, management career)
Level of career type that the employee is pursuing (for example, middle management)
Preferred jobs that the employee has entered, as well as their job families and functional areas
If the employee has created a note for the

category: ID and document class of this note
