You can use the archiving transaction (SARA) to archive table entries for revenue recognition. Archiving cannot take place until the original documents have been archived, such as the sales document and billing document.

You can run archiving for the archiving object SD_VBREV (RevRec: Archiving Revenue Recognition Tables) .
