Unassigned Tasks

Technical Name: POC_DISPLAY_BA_ORPHANS

You use this report to generate a list of logged tasks that do not have a process binding. Tasks may not have a process binding for one of the following reasons:

• Logging is activated at the business object type level

• Extended logging is activated for a process which means that all tasks for all business object types linked to the process are logged whether or not they are relevant for the process

• There are errors in the process binding.

  Usually, when standard logging is active, the task is bound to one or many process instances and can be displayed in the context monitor. If it is not bound, it may still be logged as an unassigned task and will be visible in this report.

You can use the Task Log report to display all tasks (assigned and unassigned) that exist in the process log.
