Mass Release of Classifications

You can call this function within classification functions.

You can release locked and incomplete classifications for a class collectively, once the classifications have been completed and made consistent. The system checks whether the following conditions for release are fulfilled. For example:

• All required characteristics have a value

• No values are inconsistent due to dependencies

• No two classifications are the same, if this is checked with an error message

If not all selected assignments could be released, you see a message. You can process the assignments that were not released afterward.

Choose one of the classification functions from the Classification System menu. Select the assignments you want to release and choose  Edit   Collective release.
