Finding Objects for a Development Item

Choose Human resources Personnel management Personnel development Information system Find For development item.
The Find Objects for Development Item screen appears.
If necessary, change the object type.
Enter data for the selection criterion, and choose Enter.
If necessary, change the evaluation period.
Choose Search Execute.
The Find Objects for Development Item screen appears. The system displays a list of all persons who have been, or are currently participating in the development item.
From this list, you can access information on each person:

Position the cursor on the line you require in the list, and proceed as follows:

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Individual development planning End of the navigation path .

The Display Individual Development Planning screen appears.

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Development plan history. End of the navigation path

The Display Development Plan History screen appears.

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Profile. End of the navigation path

The <Object type>: Change Profile (<Data selection period>) screen appears.
