You can also enter comments (notes) for preferences.

Use

You can use the Preferences subprofile to store the individual preferences, aspirations and goals of persons (and of the other planning object types listed above) with regard to their professional development. Preferences can be taken into account in career and succession planning scenarios.

Example Example

A salesperson in your sales department wants to learn German. His mid-term goal is to become Department Manager. You assign him preferences for the qualification English Skills and the position of Department Manager .

Structure

  • Object type

The object type and name are displayed for every relationship.

  • Validity period

You can specify a validity period for every preference.

  • Note

You can enter comments (notes) for every preference expressed, and for the entire Preferences subprofile.

Integration

You can also define a Preferences subprofile for object types other than those for which standard settings have been made.
