Example Example

One of the clerks in your personnel department obtains ‘personnel management’ qualifications. Presumably, she will attend further training events and eventually have the qualifications required for the position of Department Manager. The potential for the position Manager of Personnel Dept. is assigned to her.

End of the example.

The object type and name are displayed for every relationship.

  • Validity period

You can specify a validity period for every potential.

  • Note

You can enter comments (notes) for every potential, and for the entire Potentials subprofile.

You can also define a Potentials subprofile for object types other than those for which standard settings have been made.
