In addition to simple mathematical operators (+, -, *, /), the following operators are available for you to create EH&S Easy Expert sets of rules and can be selected using the input help. The selection of operators provided in the input help is context-sensitive.

Adds an additional value for characteristics that can have more than one value assigned. For example: R phrases: Old: R15, R16

Deletes an existing entry. In the case of characteristics that can have more than one value assigned, individual values can be deleted selectively. For example: R phrases: Old: R15, R16, R17
New: R15, R17 |
NOOP |
( No op erator) Default setting that has the effect of not changing the initial values. |
SET |
Sets a new value. In the case of characteristics that can have more than one value assigned, the old values are replaced. For example: R phrases: Old: R15, R16, R17
New: R18 |

To change a number of characteristic values at the same time in one EH&S Easy Expert pass in characteristics that can have more than one value assigned, proceed as follows:
In the
Easy Expert Characteristic Changes
screen, write the first characteristic value in the line intended for this purpose.
Select the characteristic.
Choose .
Write the second characteristic value in the newly generated line.
Repeat this procedure once for each characteristic value you want to change.
