Remanufacturer
This role is a third-party who acts on behalf of the SPM process and system owner. A remanufacturer may receive returned service parts and inspect their quality. The functions that belong to this role are a true subset of the consolidator functions.
Dealer
Dealers are service parts customers. In this role they perform logistic functions, such as the packing and shipping of parts to be returned. Other dealer functions, such as entering complaints and returns requests, are available in the
