In the case of a 1:n relationship between an insurance object and the associated data, if for example multiple business partners belong to one contract, a specific procedure is required for data transfer in Direct Input.

Procedure

The procedure is as described in Transfer of Business Partner Data in the Case of 1:n Relationships . The following special feature needs to be taken into account for insurance object data for 1:n relationships.

As new partners can be added in the same way that it is possible to change an insurance object online (activity category 02), and as a list of data can be created for every one of the insurance object-partner relationships created in this way, there is not only one (main) activity category but multiple (sub-) activity categories that refer to certain structures.
