You can decide which columns should be displayed in different screen areas.

Prerequisites

The columns that are available are determined in Customizing. For further information see the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Start of the navigation path Personnel Management Next navigation step Global Settings in Personnel Management Next navigation step Column Framework End of the navigation path or the IMG for Organizational Management under Start of the navigation path Hierarchy Framework Next navigation step Column Framework End of the navigation path.

Procedure

  1. Choose .

    The Column Configuration dialog box appears.

  2. Select the columns that you want to display.

    Some entries represent column groups. If you select one of those entries, the system displays more than one column.

  3. Confirm using .

Result

The columns you selected are displayed.

Note Note

You can reset all of a user’s column configurations using the report RH_DELETE_COL_USER_SETTINGS. Note that the reset takes place across all applications. For more information, see the report documentation.
