Configuring SAP Fiori LaunchpadLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

In order to configure and use SAP Fiori Launchpad with SAP Geographical Enablement Framework, some general configuration and installation may be needed for SAP Fiori Launchpad beforehand. For more information, refer to the related links at the bottom.

Context

Run transaction LPD_CUST, select New Launchpadand enter your values, as needed. Then maintain the following fields:

Procedure

  1. Application Type:URL
  2. URL: /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/gef_ui
  3. Additional Information: SAPUI5.Component-sap.gef.ui
  4. In the Launchpad, define your semantic object and create your catalog.
  5. For your semantic object's Action field, the framework requires both edit and display.
