 Displaying the Appraisals Catalog

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Information system Next navigation step Catalog Next navigation step Appraisals. End of the navigation path

  2. The Catalog: Display Appraisal Model screen appears.

  3. If you want to change the start date of the selection period, choose Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Set period... End of the navigation path and change the Key date.

  4. Position the cursor on the appraisal element for which you want more information, and choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Choose. End of the navigation path

  5. The <appraisal model> dialog box appears. The information is displayed on the various tab pages.

  6. To display information on the scale used for an appraisal element, or the weighting of appraisal elements, choose Start of the navigation path View Next navigation step Additional data on. End of the navigation path

  7. To check whether an appraisal element is used several times, you can generate a where-used list. To do this, position the cursor on the line you require, and choose Start of the navigation path Entry Next navigation step Where-used list Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

  8. The Where-Used List dialog box appears. This list tells you where the criteria are used.

  9. To display a preview of the layout of an appraisal, position the cursor on an appraisal element in the appraisal model, and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Preview Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

The Preview: Appraisal Model screen appears.

Note Note

In this preview, you can make test entries, test the calculation method used, and access the list display. However, you cannot create notes, or save any entries you make.
