Ranked List of Appraisals
Use
You can use this function to create a ranking list for several appraisals. This ranking list is sorted on the basis of the ratings of the appraisals. You can use this function, for example, to identify the top performers in an organizational unit.
Note
It really only makes sense to draw up a ranking list for appraisals if the appraisals in question were all created on the basis of the same appraisal model.
