At least the talent management specialist that created the talent review meeting is a member of the support team. The support team can also include other talent management specialists that take on various roles (such as minute taker).

The system creates a record for the Person Responsible infotype in the background for the talent review meeting and stores the IDs of the central persons of the assigned support team members in the record (object type CP), their roles, and the ID of the talent review meeting (object type RM).
