 User Interface for Redirection

Use

You can use this user interface (UI) to start redirection. The redirection process is controlled and started by a new standalone ERP transaction Redirect Inbound Deliveries ( SPE/REDIR).

Features

The redirection UI consists of the following screens:

  • Selection screen

Here you can enter the inbound delivery information. You can also enter the selection by shipment details such as vehicle/shipment, delivery date, vendor, warehouse number, plant, or storage location.

  • Processing screen

Here, the storage location can be changed at the header level, and the new storage location is changed for all items.

Choose Check to check if the newly entered storage location is a valid storage location. Choose Redirect to trigger the redirection process.

A list of all related deliveries is displayed. The first column of the list is a checkbox, which can be activated by the user. The redirection is started for all activated lines in the background.

Processing of related deliveries runs independently in the background. To check if the processing was successful, choose Refresh . In the delivery list the actual storage location, warehouse number, and material requirement planning (MRP) area are displayed.
