Limits the allowed values so that, when you enter the attributes of the correspondence tool, the system displays only those values that are assigned to the given application.
In application-specific recipient management, recipients should be assigned to a correspondence type. To make it easier to enter the correspondence type, instead of displaying all of the correspondence types defined in the system, the input help displays only those that are assigned to the given application.
