You want to check if any employees in the entire organizational unit have already been appraised for last year’s performance.
The
Organizational Management
component has been implemented, and the organizational structure has been defined.
Choose
The
Reporting Options for Appraisals
screen appears.
Change the period appraised to last year.
If necessary, change the object type for the appraisees to
Person
.
Click the possible entries pushbutton of the
Appraisee
field.
If necessary, select
Extended search.
The
Determine Personnel Numbers
dialog box appears.
Choose
Organizational structure

The
Choose Organizational Unit
dialog box appears.
Select the organizational unit you want, and choose
Transfer.
The
Determine Personnel Numbers
dialog box appears.
Choose
Continue.

Search Function for Person
dialog box appears.

The persons in question are written to the selection criteria.

The system displays a list of all employees in the organizational unit who have and, if applicable, who have not been involved in appraisals. The status is displayed accordingly for each object.

column means that more than one appraiser or appraisee was involved in the appraisal. You can display all appraisers and appraisees by choosing
