 Employees of an Organizational Unit Without Appraisals: Example

Use

You want to check if any employees in the entire organizational unit have already been appraised for last year’s performance.

Prerequisite

The Organizational Management component has been implemented, and the organizational structure has been defined.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Information system Next navigation step Appraisals. End of the navigation path

  2. The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears.

  3. Change the period appraised to last year.

  4. If necessary, change the object type for the appraisees to Person .

  5. Click the possible entries pushbutton of the Appraisee field.

  6. If necessary, select Extended search.

  7. The Determine Personnel Numbers dialog box appears.

  8. Choose Organizational structure .

  9. The Choose Organizational Unit dialog box appears.

  10. Select the organizational unit you want, and choose Transfer.

  11. The Determine Personnel Numbers dialog box appears.

  12. Choose Continue.

  13. The Search Function for Person dialog box appears.

  14. Choose Select all.

  15. Choose Transfer.

  16. The persons in question are written to the selection criteria.

  17. Select the With no appraisal and Display existing flags.

  18. Choose Start of the navigation path Reporting Next navigation step Perform End of the navigation path .

The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears.

Result

The system displays a list of all employees in the organizational unit who have and, if applicable, who have not been involved in appraisals. The status is displayed accordingly for each object.

Note Note

An entry Several appraisers or Several appraisees in the Appraiser or Appraisee column means that more than one appraiser or appraisee was involved in the appraisal. You can display all appraisers and appraisees by choosing Start of the navigation path View Next navigation step Additional data on End of the navigation path .
