You can maintain the following contract data:
Validity period data
Cancellation data
Similar to business data, contract data is stored in both the header and in the contract items. Header data applies to all items in a contract until you change data in the individual items.

If contract item data differs from contract header data, you can control how changes to the contract header data should affect the contract item data. You do this by entering an indicator in the
Contract data allwd.
field in Customizing for
Sales and Distribution
