This Employee Self-Service enables the employees to display their PCB 2 Form for a financial year. This form contains the summary of an employee's tax contributions.

An employee can display the PCB 2 Form for a financial year using the following procedure:
Access your company intranet and choose the Employee Self-Service. Go to the Benefits and Payments
section and select Payments
.
Select PCB 2
Form. The system displays an entry screen for the tax year.
Select the tax year for which you want to display your PCB 2 Form.
You can also change the tax year by selecting either Previous Year’s Tax Form
or Next Year’s Tax Form.
System displays the PCB 2 Form in the PDF format for the selected tax year.
Select Open in New Window
if you want to display the form in new window.
An employee must have an SAP user that is directly linked to their SAP employee master data in the Communication infotype (0105) subtype 0001.
Payroll results for the employee must exist for at least one period in the assessment year.
