You can create your own dashboards.

Editing a dashboard
Opening a dashboard
In Xcelsius, choose
.Logging on to the BW system
The SAP Logon dialog box appears and you have to select the corresponding SAP BW system. Log on in the usual manner.
Selecting a dashboard
A dialog box appears. Choose Search and select Search in Technical Name.
Enter 0XC*, for example, to search for an existing report.
Double-click the required dashboard to display it.
Editing and saving a dashboard
Make the required changes and save the dashboard in the SAP BW system. Dashboards are stored in the BW system as BI content and can be saved in an existing BW role (PFCG role) or in one of your own roles.
You have the following options:
Choose
.The system creates a new dashboard in an active version in the BW system.
Choose
.The system overwrites the active version in the BW system.
Choose
to select texts for the translation.If you require a different data source, choose

In Xcelsius, choose
.Logging on to the SAP BW system
Choose Data Manager dialog box is displayed.
. TheOn the Definition tab page, choose Add and select SAP NetWeaver BI Connection.
On the Definition tab page, choose Browse and log on to the SAP BW system as usual.
The Select Query for your Xcelsius File dialog box appears.
Selecting a query
In the Select Query for your Xcelsius File dialog box, search for the suitable query and double-click the query to transfer it.
On the Utilization tab page, select Regenerate When Loading as well so that the query data is automatically loaded when the dashboard is loaded.
Assigning a cell area
Connect the query to the Excel table, that is, assign the query elements to a cell area. Select the query elements that you want to transfer (such as the output values), choose , and select the desired cell area.
Close the dialog box.
Selecting visualization
In the component browser, select the required visualization, for example, a specific diagram type, chart, or list. Make the necessary changes and assign a title, for example.
Saving a dashboard
To save the dashboard in the SAP BW system, choose
. You can also assign the dashboard to a BW role (optional).Starting a dashboard

to display the dashboard in the Portal.Listing dashboards
You can use the report RSCXP_XCELSIUS_SHOW to display dashboards and associated roles in the BW system.
Deleting a dashboard
In Xcelsius, choose Open a Xcelsius File from BW), click a dashboard and choose Delete in the context menu.
