Submitting Meter Reading Results Without Logging In
This function allows a user to submit their meter reading results without logging on to the utility company's portal as a registered user.
Prerequisites
In order to enable the user to submit anonymous meter reading results, the following information must be provided:
Contract Account ID (SAP ERP)
Detailed meter reading information
E-mail address for confirmation
Activities
You submit one or multiple meter reading results for a device related to a contract account ID. If the device has multiple registers, you select one or more registers to maintain the meter reading results. You may have to maintain a meter reading note if the first attempt to submit the meter reading results fails.
You then receive an e-mail to confirm that you have submitted the results of the meter reading activity.
