Example Workflow for Changing Business Partner Name
The Workflow template 56600001 (UMC_BP_CHG
) is an example Workflow that is used to show how to use the business object BUS5000126
to trigger a Workflow to change business partner name. The Workflow has been fully integrated with the SAP CRM Interaction Center 7.0 and higher.
The back office agent can find the Workflow work item link from the Activity Clipboard, and navigate to the work item to approve or reject the request. The details for each major step of the Workflow are also recorded in the internal note of the Workflow.
