Language Check for Catalogs or Groups

When you open the launchpad designer and try to change a catalog or group there is a check whether your logon language is the same as the original language of the catalog or group. If the languages are not the same, the catalog or group will be displayed as read-only.

If a catalog or group is read-only, you can view any tiles or target mappings in them. However, you cannot add new items and edit or delete any items in the catalog or group. Also, you can neither rename the catalog or group nor delete them.
