The List of Conditions design item lists all conditions defined in the query and lets you activate and deactivate them with the context menu or with an icon.
If conditions have been defined in the query, you can use the list of conditions design item to display them in rows in the worksheet. The description of each condition appears in a cell, and its status (Active or Inactive) and an icon (Activate / Deactivate) displays in the cell next to it.
In analysis mode, click the icon to toggle the active status or evoke the context menu and choose:
Conditions filter the results so that only those results that interest you are shown. When you activate or deactivate a condition, the navigational state of the analysis grid is refreshed accordingly.
Configure properties for the list of conditions design item using the Properties of List of Conditions dialog box (seeInserting Design Items to learn about how to insert the list of conditions and access its properties).
