Input-Ready QueryLocate this document in the navigation structure

A query is considered input-ready if at least one of its structure elements or cells is input-ready. Input-ready queries make it possible to enter data or short texts manually at runtime. As a condition for this, the corresponding cellls in the input-ready query must be modifiable at runtime.

You can use input-ready queries in applications for manual planning. These can range from simple data entry scenarios to complex planning applications. Input-ready queries also enable you to edit short texts at runtime in order to change classifications for example, or to enter user-defined comments for key figure values.
