Data Provision Using Source Systems
Use
BW provides mechanisms for providing data - master data (attributes, texts, hierarchies) transaction data, metadata - from various sources.
The following sections describe which soruces are available for data access from and data transfer to BW, explains how the sources are connected to the BW system as source systems. They also describe how the data can be transferred from the sources.
