Leading Bidder

Bidder (for Dutch auction)

Indicates the leading bidder for the line item.

Description

Bids View

Select from the dropdown to display detailed bid information.

Formula View

Select from the dropdown to view the results of formulas. Formulas apply to and modify bid prices based on factors you select.

In the Formula view, move the cursor over a formula column header to display the formula being used.

Show Only

Select the line item group to view.

Sort By

Choose the criteria by which to sort line items.

Rank

The rank of a bid. This field is displayed only if you selected Enable ranking by this formula on the Editing: Auction Formula page.

This field is not displayed in a Dutch auction.

Bidder

The bidder name.

Date and Time

The date and time of the bid.

Price

The amount of the bid.

Calculated Bid Price

If a bid unit price formula is entered for this line item, this field indicates the bid price after the formula is applied.

Quantity

The quantity of the line item.

Leading Bid

If enabled, a checkmark indicates the leading bid for the line item.

This field is not displayed in a Dutch auction.

Disqualified

A checkmark indicates that the bid was disqualified.

Attribute Group

Supplier-entered attributes for the line item.

Incoterm Location

The location of the Incoterm entered for the line item.
