The archiving objects with which you archive social media data in archive files are:

  • SMI_SD – You use this archiving object to archive data from the SOCIALDATA table and the corresponding entries in the SMI_VOICE_CUST and SMI_IMPLIEDCNSNT table.

  • SMI_SUI – You use this archiving object to archive data from the SOCIALUSERINFO table.

Procedure

  1. Familiarize yourself with the principles and functions of data archiving in SAP application systems. For more information see, Data Archiving in SAP NetWeaver library.

  2. Archive social media data by using the respective archiving object.
