Each message or error message that is generated during a session with the Archive File Browser is collected in a log in the lower area of the AFB. For an overview of the screen areas in AFB, see User Interface.

The messages are displayed in the log as a list, with the latest message at the top.

If the message cannot be assigned directly to an archive file, then the action which triggered the message is displayed.

Icon indicating whether or not there is a long text for the message

You can read the long text of a message by double-clicking the message.
