This characteristic is assigned as an attribute to those time-independent master data InfoObjects for which new records are created in the Business Warehouse. Released records can no longer be changed in the Business Warehouse. All subsequent maintenance must be performed in the master data system.

Valid statuses are:

· Blank = record is released to the master data system

· 1 = record is planned
