Making Tasks Available 

Use

In the portal, tasks are displayed as ad-hoc workflow of the Universal Worklist. You can make available the functions for using tasks in the following iViews:

·        My Tasks

If required, you can include the My Tasks iView in any portal page.
This iView allows the user to display and process all of his or her tasks. This includes tasks that were created outside of rooms and tasks from the rooms that the user is a member of.

·        Tasksin rooms

In this iView, the user can process all tasks in a room that are assigned to the room members.
