Use

Previously, you could find all KM reports in initial content at Content Manager → Reports.

In the new release, the structure of the reporting repository allows you to split the reports by roles and topic areas. You can now find the reports at the following paths:

●      System Administration → System Configuration → Knowledge Management → Content Management → Related Links → System Administration Reports

●      Content Administration → KM Content → Toolbox → Reports

●      Content Management → Reports

 

Filtering the Results List (New)

You can filter the results list of reports by column content or by entries with the status Errors.

New Reports

There are new reports for copying and deleting mass data.

Report	Description
Copy	This report copies items from one KM repository to another. For example, you can copy mass data from a file-system repository to a CM repository. For more information, see Copy.
Delete	You use this report to delete mass data from KM repositories. For more information, see Delete.
Clean Up Subscriptions	If a user no longer exists in user management, you can use this report to delete the user’s subscriptions or transfer them to other users. For more information, see Cleaning Up Subscriptions.
