Field Manager: Financial Reporting and Planning

Tasks
A field manager is responsible for an area or region in which the stores are grouped together organizationally. The region is mapped using a hierarchy. The hierarchy is represented by profit centers.
The field manager monitors the profitability of the stores in the region and, if necessary, can take action at store level. In addition, they can enter store parameters and planning data for the stores, which they can set in SAP SEM-BPS.
The role has the following structure:
Reporting is either account-based (scenario 1) or key figure-based (scenario 2).

When using scenario 2, key figures (planning items) are assigned to the accounts as attributes. The reports are created using these planning items.
