This monitor provides an analysis of activity for all physical files in the SAP database. This includes statistics on the number of OPENs, CLOSEs, INSERTs, UPDATEs, DELETEs, and logical and physical reads performed on the files.

To access information on the file activity statistics, call transaction DB4COCKPIT.

1. In the navigation frame, choose Performance → File Statistics.
2. To display all SQL statements that accessed a particular file, click the file you are interested in.
