Assigning Collections to a Translation Graph 

Use

You can use this function to assign a collection to a translation graph, which releases the collection for translation. Collections that are not assigned are not translated.

Prerequisites

·        The translation graph to which the collection needs assigning has been set up in the translation system.

·        Your translator profile includes the authorization COGA with the value 01, and the authorization COSE with the value 01.

Procedure

       1.      Call transaction LXE_MASTER.

       2.      On the Languages tab page, choose Collections.

       3.      Use the Select Graph dialog box that now appears to select a translation graph.

The Collections dialog box is displayed.

       4.      Choose Add Collections.

The Collections dialog box is displayed.

       5.      Select the collection(s) you want to assign.

       6.      Choose Continue.

       7.      Save.

Result

The collections you selected are assigned to the translation graph. The collections are now taken into account when worklists are generated and automatic distribution takes place.
